What educators are saying

This was a fantastic resource for my third grade class. It was very engaging and I will use this again in the future!
Using this with a high group of second graders. It has been super helpful in getting organizing our group discussions in a way that the students can begin to lead them. :)

Description

Teaching kids to be more philosophic helps them acquire new ways of expressing themselves and innovative ways of thinking. It pushes students to be more logical, think critically, connect ideas, and to be more accepting of opposing views.

Through the use of Socractic Seminars and Philosophical Chairs, you can bring philosophy into your classroom and give your students the opportunity to formulate questions, reason with peers, develop arguments, and contribute to constructive conversations.

I tried to make this an elementary friendly format so that younger students could have the opportunity to be little philosophers!
