Civil War – Reconstruction – Turn of the Century – WWI – 1920s – Great Depression – WWII – The Cold War – 1950 – 1975

This pack contains English Language Arts projects that allow students to put ELA skills to work in a cross-curricular Social Studies project. Each project contains an ELA skill and includes a project description page for students, a rubric, and final draft paper for the project. Each skill contains a different copy of the project directions and rubric for EACH time period in history from the Civil War to today.

Use a comma to set off the words yes and no (e.g., Yes, thank you), to set off a tag question from the rest of the sentence (e.g., It’s true, isn’t it?), and to indicate direct address (e.g., Is that you, Steve?).
