Description
The SRS-2 is a rating scale for students suspected of having or diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The SRS-2 has a lot of strengths. I find it works best for high-functioning students and does a better job of looking at the social needs of students with ASD than other tools. Please note that this format is for children. If you are looking for an adult template, please use the other template.
