This social emotional learning unit is designed to help K-2 children understand and practice grit.

2.) Discovering your Strengths and Passions
3.) Your Grit Recipe
Each of the sections includes a lesson plan, anchor chart, either group games/activities, group discussion prompts and/or social stories, a cut-and-paste activity, writing prompts, matching activities and a word search.
