Description
Gathering information to make good decisions is an important skill to that all students need to practice. In this social emotional learning activity students will read short paragraphs that explain real-life situations facing high school students: prom date ditching, applying for jobs, cell phone going missing and (of course) relationship drama. They are asked specific questions to the identify the feelings, motivations and consequences of the actions they would take.
This comes in both ready to print & a ready to assign digital version!
There are 8 activities each includes:
- 1 page that explains the situation and asks questions about decisions, motivations and the feelings of those involved
- 1 page that asks them to decide what they would do next and explain why that is the decision they are making
Please note that both formats are the same activities.
For the digital version: instructions are included for how to copy this resource into your google drive to easily share on digital teaching platforms.
