Smooth Moves- Primary Connections unit outline (WHOLE TERM DONE!)

You will need to BUY THE OUTLINE- "SMOOTH MOVES: YEAR 4, PHYSICAL SCIENCES" from Primary Connections: primaryconnections.org.au (Or download it from Scootle for free on the DEC portal if you're a NSW teacher. Not sure about other states). The video and information links are all working as of this upload, but this can change due to variables in the future. By downloading, you understand that all links are not infallible and may need replacing as time goes by. Worksheets are also attached. You will need to follow preparation instructions for each lesson as outlined in the unit.
