Small Group Planning Pages

I don't know about you, but as a teacher, I don't have time to do all the things that are expected of us as well as stay organized. Enter the simplest small group lesson plan template ever! I use these daily. You can either print off enough to add to your planner each week, or laminate one and move around your students by placing 2x3 and 1/2x3 post it notes on your template. So many options, and one simple template to do it on!
