Description

This activity challenges students to analyze scholarly information and apply it to their own behavior. There are five "stations" in this activity. This activity is best suited after students have an understanding of the psychological terms related to consciousness and sleep. At the conclusion of this lesson, students will have read four scholarly articles and watched one video all pertaining to sleep and teen behavior. I made this lesson for a block schedule (90-minute classes), but it can easily be broken up to span multiple classes for a traditional schedule.
