This reader focuses on the sight word 'went.' The is one book in a series of 25 books that can be purchased (there is a free version available for the sight word 'get'). This book is designed for a kindergarten student to read with an adult. The kindergarten student will read the sight word only while the adult reads the rest of the text. Most kindergarten students will read the whole sentence because they can use the pictures to help. There is a page with a letter to parents if this is used as homework as well as a review box at the end to review this sight word and one other word. This can be copied 2 books per page.
