Shadow Match | Groundhog Day Activity | Preschool and Kindergarten

These shadow matching cards are perfect to use around Groundhog Day as well as any other time of the year when you are doing a unit on light and shadows! They are also wonderful for having young children practice visual discrimination. I have included three different ideas for ways to use these cards in your classroom: independent work in a learning center, “Shadow Memory Match” game for small groups, and a fun “Shadow Match” game for a whole class activity. Your children will love making matches with these fun shadow cards!
