Incorporate more writing into your FACS classroom with this daily reflection log. Perfect for any FACS, sewing, fashion, or clothing and textiles classroom!
There are 10 questions plus an essential class vocabulary list. I usually have students reflect after they clean up at the end of each class for the duration of the sewing unit. Each question pertains to an aspect of the sewing project (ex. If you were to teach someone what you learned today, what would you say and/or do?) and/or an application of skills (ex. Sewing is a great hobby and skill, but knowing how to sew can also save you a lot of money. Why do you think this is?).
Make reflective writing part of your FACS classroom routine!
