Service Provider Log/Counseling Log (School Psychologist/SLP/OT) Google Sheets!

This Google Sheets Service Provider Sessions Log makes keeping track of when you see students a breeze. I've used this Google Sheets planner in my own life as a school psychologist/service provider to stay organized and to keep track of my sessions/appointments with students in a little more colorful way.

This Log includes:

• Student Name and Service minutes in frozen columns to easily keep track of student!
• Each "Week of" a particular month (separated by color) to indicate the day/time you saw the student.
• For Instance, in the first column, the week of August 3rd, if I saw a student on the 4th I would write in that box: 8/4 - 1:30 PM to keep record of our session.
• If a student was sick or unavailable/did not show up to our appointment, I record that there as well and often will color code it red so it stands out.

Recommended for particular use by, but not limited to, School Psychologist, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists!
