Service Learning Project: Characters for A Cause

This is a great service-learning project for classrooms, after school programs, or gifted/talented programs. It is a wax-museum-like project where students dress up as a character from a book, TV show, or movie in order to raise money for a charity of the group's choice. The whole bundle is an editable Power Point document that prints as 8.5x11 worksheets. This project was done well with 5th-8th graders, but is easily adaptable for younger or older students. You will love this project that involves very little teacher planning!
