Description
This self-regulation journal is designed for upper elementary students and gives them the chance to practice important self-regulation skills in order to better understand and manage their emotions. Students will learn which feelings and actions are associated with each color and self-regulation coping strategies like positive self-talk to help regulate their emotions.
