Self Assessment Worksheet | Performances and Process

A worksheet to help students:

- track their progress through the creative process, including how they worked with others

- identify key pieces of feedback that helped them in their learning

- a chart to set goals for the next performance/group collaboration/creative process activity.

This self assessment and goal setting worksheet is designed for a dance performance but can be easily adapted to fit any performance setting. Just take out "choreography" and add whatever you need in the box.

Can be used as a reflection tool after the fact, a conference worksheet where the student speaks further about their progress, or a thought tracker the student keeps in their portfolio to capture their progress throughout the process.
