This is a great tool for teacher's to communicate to the Office/Nurse what is wrong with a student coming to them. The Nurse Take Home Note is an easy communication tool to put in a student's planner or folder to let them know of a visit to you, that doesn't warrant a phone call.

2. Weekly Note Tracker / Call Tracker

This is a School Secretary's BFF! I love to use this to track calls that come in for absences. I write down their names and reason in the box with the day. I also use this to write tasks that need to be completed for the week. I print out one each week and save them for the year. I love to hook mine to a clipboard next to my desk. This would also be great for teachers to use.

3. Yearly Contact Information Update Form

These I send home the first week of school every year in Take Home Folders. I use the information to create emergency folders for the teachers each year and update student information in our electronic system and create a binder for myself in case of a fire/emergency or if our internet or power goes out.

4. Transportation Change Note

These I created when a parent calls to request a transportation change for their child. Example: Student is getting picked up today rather than riding the bus.

I hand them to the teacher before the end of the day. We have the students carry them to the bus driver OR parent. This is a great communication tool. I have seen schools that hang them on the teachers door for the end of the day and also make copies of them all, so they have a copy of the changes too :)

5. While You Were Out....Secretary Note

I love to use these for teachers, principals, & any admin staff. I love to leave a positive quote for them at the bottom too :)

6. Annual Permission Slip
