Secondary School Social Work Rubrics for IEP Progress Monitoring
Seven simple, useful rubrics!!
Includes:
- Anxiety - Scoring based on identifying feelings of anxiety, learns and models coping skills/strategies, applies coping skills/strategies
- Depression - Scoring based on identifying feelings of depression, learns coping skills/strategies, applies coping skills/strategies
- Social Skills - Scoring based on physical boundaries, social cues, respectful communication
- Personal Responsibility - Scoring based on time management, on-task behavior, preparation, organization, attendance, assignment completion
- Emotional Regulation/Anger - Scoring based on awareness of emotions, communication skills, self-regulation strategies, self-control
- Self-regulation and Focus - Scoring based on recognizing impulsivity, self-regulation strategies, self-control, on-task behavior, time management
- Social and Emotional Skills - Scoring based on emotional regulation, social cues, respectful communication, empathy and perspective-taking
Rubrics are scored with a 1-4 scale, 4 being proficient, 1 being not evident. Scores can be converted into percentages for IEP progress monitoring. Rubrics may be used for Middle and High School.
