Description

These science bulletin boards and scientific method posters make the perfect classroom decor for your science wall or science classroom. Your students can refer to the science bulletin board to help them remember what a scientists does or they can refer to the scientific method anchor charts to remember the steps. Choose from 3 different designs. Just print all of the pieces of the phrase that you want onto paper, cut, and then attach them to your bulletin board, your door, or onto a wall.

This bulletin board kit is part of a YEAR LONG BUNDLE. If you are interested in getting a year's worth of bulletin boards, including this one, at a huge discount, click HERE to check out my growing bundle.

This product includes every single one of my Scientific Method Posters. Feel free to click the link so you can see what they look like.

***My bulletin board is 48" X 36"***

3 designs/phrases are included:

-"A SCIENTIST is someone who..."

-"Take CHANCES, make MISTAKES, & get MESSY"

-"THE SCIENTIFIC method"

All designs come with solid black letters and white-filled letters, making it so you have many different options for printing and decorating.

Design #1: A SCIENTIST IS SOMEONE WHO...

After you set up the first part of this bulletin board kit (the part that says, "A scientist is someone who...") you can choose from the following verbs to display on your bulletin board, door, or wall:

-Observes

-Gets Messy

-Analyzes

-Records

-Explains

-Shares

-Wonders

-Investigates

-Asks

-Experiments

-Ponders

-Takes Notes

-Researches

-Has fun

-Perseveres

-Learns

**Instead of adding these pre-made verbs, you can have students write their own verbs onto a picture of a flask, beaker, and/or magnifying glass. Students can then color and cut out their picture and they can be hung on the bulletin board.

Design #2: TAKE CHANCES, MAKE MISTAKES, & GET MESSY

The banner pieces can be printed onto any color. I chose rainbow colors for my example, but you could print them onto any colors that you choose, including ones that match your room.

Design #3: THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD

This colorful bulletin board design is a great way to display the steps of the scientific method. This product includes every single one of my Scientific Method Posters which means that there are 6 designs to choose from- all of which are editable. So if the steps don't match what you teach your students, you can easily open up the PPT file and type up the steps that you use. (You cannot edit "step one," "step two," "step three," etc. or the pictures, but you can edit the text on each poster)

In this product, the steps of the scientific method are as follows:

1. Question (what do you want to know? what do you want to find out?)

2. Hypothesis (come up with a prediction of what you think will happen)

3. Materials (every science experiment requires materials. What will you need?)

4. Experiment (test your hypothesis to see if it's correct)

5. Results (write down any observations you make during the experiment)

6. Conclusion (draw conclusions. Did your experiment answer your question? Was your hypothesis correct? What did you learn? Share it with others!)

**Instructions on how to set up each design is included!!**
