School Counselor Observation

Administrators are often tasked with observing school counselors, yet they are given teacher performance standards that are (at best) adapted to include school counseling language. For observations to be meaningful, and for true coaching to occur, observers must be looking for high-yield school counseling practices in each element of the delivery service component. This observation form includes skills and techniques specific to school counseling that will provide excellent feedback to any school counselor K-12! This form can be used in formal observations as well as peer observations, and easily applied to any division's existing evaluation process.
