Explore the world of Scholarly Pursuits with this 14 slide presentation introducing students to the concepts based on Sandra Kaplan's research in gifted education. Scholarly Pursuits are often used in the field of gifted education, yet are extremely helpful to all students, especially those lacking many models of successful student-learner behavior.

This presentation is intended as a beginning of school year activity designed to engage students as active participants in their learning. This presentation would also serve as an every so often reminder/refreshing activity throughout the year.
