Description

This colorful SmartBoard presentation provides an important and engaging review for Sadlier Vocabulary Workshop Level E Unit 6. Each word in the unit is accompanied by a definition (in miniature, so if you’re conducting a discussion you can “test” the kids on a definition, and then enlarge it as necessary) and several illustrations, many of them amusing. There are also Memory Tricks, useful prefixes, word origins, antonyms, and words that use similar roots. This SmartBoard presentation may be assigned as homework, but I found the most fun was to go over the words in class after the kids had completed the exercises in Level E Unit 6.
