STAAR SCIENCE REVIEW, Grade 5. Odd One OUT. Science terms and concepts

Twenty-eight cards that highlight vocabulary and science standards that are key to the fifth grade STAAR science test, however, it definitely works for NGSS also. Copy, cut out the cards, or simply copy them and use them from your document camers. They work in a science center, as a small group or whole group activity, but can also be used as a science warmup. There are four terms on each card. One does not fit with the others Students must decide which does not fit and tell why Students must use higher order thinking skills to categorize and analyze why one is the odd one out.
