My students and I LOVE La bicicleta by Carlos Vives and Shakira! It is so catchy, and students will ask to listen to it over and over again.

This song is relatively comprehensible for language learners. This listing three versions of this activity for different levels of proficiency.

• Version 1 is better for novice low students as they are listening for the correct word to circle.
• Version 2 is better for novice mid students as they are referring to a word bank to complete the lyrics.
• Version 3 is better for novice high and above as they are filling in the blanks without assistance.
