This tool can help your client schedule and keep track of quality time as well as delay impulse for immediate attention. It was designed for clients (Teens and adults with intellectual disability and autism) working on "asking for quality time" as a goal.

The first page has a behavioral contract and verbal script your client can practice when asking for quality time. The client can schedule two quality times with someone per day by writing the time and circling the activity planned.

Just print front and back and set printing options to "flip on short side." Once the pages are all printed fold on the line and staple in the middle for 12-page journal. Your client can plan for quality time for the week.
