What educators are saying
I use this resource daily to communicate with parents. They love hearing about what we worked on and how they did.
Hi! I really love this. Can you make a version that is more suitable for parents? ie instead of fluency say stuttering?
Description
Are you looking for a way to improve your parent communication? Whether you work in a school, private clinic, or outpatient center having clear and consistent communication with our families is vitally important to build trust & carryover! Print a stack of these speech therapy parent communication notes to quickly complete after a session!
Steps:
- Print either color or B&W versions and cut to the size of your liking!
- After completing a session with a child quickly circle, highlight, x, heart everything you worked on during that session! Multiple goals hit? Great! Circle away!
- Make notes in the open space! I typically use it for a space to talk about what to practice at home or what we will be working on next time!
- Send it home with the child! Whether it goes in their speech folder home, classroom take home folder, upload it to a parent communication app, or simply hand them to parents – the choice is yours!
- Relish in your efforts toward quick and easy parent communication!
Notice something missing that you think I should add? Leave a comment – I will gladly update it and make changes if needed!
