SLO Editable Pre & Post-Assessments Automatic Data Forms

These four Excel pre and post assessment data forms are created to effortlessly meet the data demands of many states SLO assessments. With these forms you'll look like a professional analyst. Drop down menus and automatic color coding can be edited to fit your benchmark and target scores. Percentage increases from baseline to target scores are automatically calculated as well as the percentage of students that met and did not meet their target scores. Four forms are included. One version for courses with one pre and post-assessment and another when two pre and post-assessments are used. Each version comes with two baseline and target range options (listed below). When using two pre and post-assessments the Excel form automatically averages scores to form a baseline and a final score to use to calculate the SLO growth target results. This tool is also a great resource to show students' levels to plan for differentiation and intervention. An "How to Guide" is included to help you change the options in the drop down menus as well as the automatic color coding if desired. Current menus and colors are based on baseline and target scores used in my district and state mandated performance data. The "How to Guide" also describes how to sort cells in excel so that you may sort by performance scores and benchmark levels if desired.
