SEL Kids Yoga: Yogi Says, Bunny's Carrots with AUDIO

TIPS: I always teach my yoga classes with 3 rules: 1. Listen to your body (if it hurts, don't do it). 2. Have fun! 3. Stay on your own mat- your mat is your friend!

Also, it helps to move with the kids by modeling the poses as you guide them. Or, appoint a head Yogi who can really pay focus in on the poses you cue in the story and model them with initiative!
