MINI-DEBATING UNIT: WHAT IS IT?

A brief introduction to debating including the importance/benefits of being a strong debater, a practice "this or that" debate, an activity for students to draft, plan for, and be apart of a debate. Debate options included- teacher vs. student & student vs. student debate options (16 to choose from) & a rubric included to grade student debates.
