SEI MTEL Study-Guide

This study guide is a resource meant to be used to prepare for the Sheltered English Immersion (56) MTEL in order to receive the mandatory SEI endorsement in MA. It reviews the WIDA levels, the CAN DO's associated with each, and the proper instructional practices that are appropriate. It also reviews instructional idea and practices that benefit ELL students. This study guide also includes the linguistic components when teaching ELL students and reviews the essay component of the test. It reviews this section while providing examples and suggestions. I used this study guide to take and pass the SEI MTEL!
