SCOOP! Two Syllable Words with Y as a Vowel Reading Card Game is a two - four player card game. It's a race to see who can read the most two syllable words with y as a vowel before the other player gets the SCOOP!
This two - four player game has 100 cards with two syllable words that have y as a vowel and 12 SCOOP! cards. Players take turns choosing cards and reading the words. Watch out, though - if a player uncovers a SCOOP! card, s/he takes ALL of the other players' cards.
This game is great for centers, small groups, and RtI. Students will have fun while strengthening reading skills! Cards can also be used for ABC order practice and for word sorts.
