S3E1: 3rd Grade Science - Rock Cycle Scoot (with answer key)

This is a scoot on the rock cycle. A scoot is a great way to have students moving while they answer questions. Scoot can be performed independently or with partners. I like to use it as a formative assessment grade. Students simply write in the letter of the correct answer on their recording sheet. The answer key is provided so checking answers is quick and easy.

Vocabulary terms found in the scoot are igneous, sedimentary, metamorphic, magma, sediments, geologist, rock cycle, weathering, and erosion.
