Rock Stars tells the story of three rocks from different feuding rock families (sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic), who must learn that they all are made up of minerals and aren't so different after all. This is fun, hard rock music with big guitars and great educational songs!

All our products include a downloadable script, MP3 music files, and a brief how-to guide for the teacher. Each play lasts about 30 minutes. The sound files include the songs with vocals, as well as "karaoke" versions without vocals, for the students to use for the performance. Both are licensed for unlimited duplication for your class. All our plays are for students anywhere from 2nd through 6th grade, classes ranging from 10 to 40 students, and teachers who may have no background in putting on a play!

The songs are not cheesy, but catchy, and not just some guy on a little Casio keyboard who's never actually been in a classroom before. Each play correlates with national/state standards in both a core content area, such as Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, or Science, as well as a Performing Arts area, such as Music or Theater.
