***There is cost in set up because you will need either plastic folders for each student or a 3 ring binder for each student. You can always save money by using plain white paper in the plastic sleeves of course. The binders can be used for years and the plastic folders are a great way to save money. After the first year, you can just replace the plastic sleeves that need replacing and the binders will be ready to go for another year.
Once you create your binders, you will have them for years.
