Rhythm Wars: In the Beginning PowerPoint Edition

Rhythm Wars: In the Beginning is the epilogue for a high tech counting game that spans sixteen chapters allowing students an up close and personal look at counting rhythms. A great assistant for visually impaired students, it magnifies the measures so that all students can count and clap in tandem on a Smartboard, Promethean, PowerPoint, or even a projector. For more active fun they then compete against each other to find a class champion. Each class champion can then compete against the upper and lower classes to find a school champion. The chapters start at a beginning level and progress to odd and compound meters. It has been very successful at teaching my students about rhythm, time signatures and the various note values. It takes quite an effort to get these in Smartboard, Activboard, PowerPoint, PDF, and projector formats, so please be patient and if you like the product and want more chapters I will be sending out updates to my followers and or put them on my web site at www.activemusic.me.
