Rhyming Picture Cards (90 Cards!)

This product includes 90 picture cards (30 rhyming sets). These are perfect for phonemic awareness activities for young students! The picture cards have a label. This labels can be kept on or cut off, depending on what you want. Cut out the cards and laminate for durability! Vibrant color cards a ink-friendly black and white cards are both included!

There are an endless amount of activities than can be done with these cards! Teacher direction cards for the 4 activities explained below are included.

Matching Rhymes
Choose the amount of cards appropriate for your students to work with. Students lay all cards face up and work to match all of the cards that rhyme.

Rhyme Memory
Played like the classic Memory game! Students place cards face down, flipping one card at a time, trying to find a rhyming match.

Which One Doesn't Belong
This is perfect for a small intervention group or one on one! Choose a rhyming set of cards and a card that doesn’t rhyme. Put all three cards face up in front of the student and ask them to identify which card doesn’t belong.

Producing Rhymes
Show students the picture cards one at a time and ask them to produce words that rhyme with the picture on the card.
