What educators are saying

I use these with my K-2 students as a reward for class behavior during library time. I post the tag(s) the class earns on a poster for the class and send an email to the teacher so the teacher is aware of the positive behavior in the library. A great way to easily communicate with teachers.

Description

Reward Tags are an amazing system that allows you to celebrate and acknowledge your students achievements. With this pack of Library Skills Reward Tags you can acknowledge your students success, effort and goals in your class or school library without having to constantly top up a treasure chest or rewards jar – that’s where Reward tags come in.

Reward Tags are like mini achievement certificates (or collector's cards) that all your students to brag about their success. You can hand out based on your students’ academic, behavior, attitude, and character performance in your class, and around your school. They allow you to both celebrate and motivate your students to strive to do their best. Even better there is no constant need to top up a treasure chest or rewards jar.

Whether you want to dive in totally with reward tags or just dip your toes into the water and try them out, I have the packs for you. We all have kiddos in our classes that sometimes always struggle, but in one area they do well and it’s fabulous to be able to acknowledge that achievement. So, I have aimed to cover both the curriculum standards being taught and general topic tags as much as possible within my brag tag academic packs, as well as attitude, behavior and general classroom management in my other reward tag packs. This allows you to acknowledge the hard work your students do in a subject and in all areas.

Reward tags come in many forms and can be known as Brag Tags, Braggin' Tags, SWAG Tags, Goal Tags, Award Tags, Reward Tags, etc - you can call them what you want to suit your classroom or school values the best.

I have been using reward tags for a couple of years now and for me there is no going back, I love finding ways to acknowledge my students progress. For some kiddo's the hard work is their behavior, for some it’s their academic and for others it’s a combination. So no matter what, there is a way to find something to celebrate with your students and giving them a chance to 'brag' about how well they are doing.

These Library Skills Reward tags provide you with a fabulous classroom management system that allows you to celebrate your students' achievements in your library and reading.
