What educators are saying

This is a great reflection sheet that is well aligned to Restorative Justice / Practice work! The questions are simple and very important!

Description

Included:

  • color and b&w PDF
  • color and b&w partially editable PowerPoint

Students are asked what they were doing, what the rule is, how their choice affected others, and what they can do to make it better.

Background:

This resource was created to work with my school's research-based behavior systems. We implement RULER (Yale's Center for Emotional Intelligence), PBIS, and Restorative Justice. This resource works with all three programs.

At my school, this sheet is used as a "C3" or: consistent reminders of minor offenses, inappropriate language/cursing, disrespecting others (staff or students), destroying school property. This sheet should not be used alone and it should not be given as a first or second reminder. We implement restorative justice and natural consequences in conjunction with a reflection sheet.
