Restaurant Review Unit

Teach your students to write like a food critic!

This is a very fun and engaging unit for students in 6th-10th grade. Students love to write about food and restaurants. This will be just the hook they need to get into your descriptive writing unit!

This unit can last 2 or more weeks depending on how you decide to use the included materials.

Your students will train to be food critics by:

-reading about the job of a food critic

-learning the vocabulary for describing food and restaurants

-participating in a fun taste test activity

-studying real food reviews

-learning how to formulate their own food reviews!
