What educators are saying

I used this activity as a written assignment before a conflict resolution meeting between two students. I like it because it gave them accountability prompts and asked them to think of a way to solve the issue.

Description

This worksheet is used as a reflection tool for those who are involved in a problem regarding friendship drama or conflict. This is a way for them to pre-think (before mediation or any other intervention) about what role they have played in the problem and what part they can play in the solution. Use it as a tool for kids to think through smaller problems themselves, or to help school staff find good solutions and get some buy-in from students about making solutions last. I have used it heavily with middle school girls.
