Description

Digital BOOM CARDS™ are a fun and easy way for your students or clients to practice language skills! Target reading OR listening comprehension with these 17 highly engaging passages, 7 videos, and 36 questions (28 multiple choice and 8 fill in the blank) about these quirky lucky charms around the world. These include AUDIO for kids who need text read aloud. The questions largely target inferencing, synonyms and vocabulary/context clues, but there are some comparing and idiom tasks in here, too!

WHAT'S IN THIS DOWNLOAD?

► 21 jampacked task cards (think "digital flashcards") that are presented one at a time.
Fun noises and wiggles let kids know if their answers or correct or incorrect.

► 17 short passages featuring various items considered a lucky charm - with one or morecorresponding critical thinking questions for each passage. The text and questions have AUDIO to help accommodate struggling readers.

► 7 videos to accompany the passages and spark more discussion

► Ideas for further discussion

► 36 questions total - most questions are simliar to those students will encounter on standardized tests
