In my classroom, I used a mix of printable and digital materials for writing. Students used the printable notes with the video lessons from the digital portion. Then they also took digital quizzes. I took 2 classes with students who were learning English and had no concept of essay writing through these lessons and had the highest gains in my school and the highest scores (higher than the students who were labeled gifted!) So I know these writing resources work!
