Description

This set of data forms is perfect for any teacher that runs or is interested in forming reading groups! Monitoring your students' reading growth is vital for their progress.

Included are:
1. Fluency Bench-marking Sheet to monitor words per minute, accuracy rate, and level assessed on.
2. Complete "how-to" when collecting fluency data and finding resources
3. Comprehension and Fluency Bench-marking Sheet (correlates with CAFE)
4. Reading A-Z Level Progress Monitoring Sheet (tracks student growth throughout fall, winter, and spring)

These forms create data to show growth or can be used to trouble shoot a student's lack of progress. I have used these forms to keep myself organized, share at parent/teacher conferences, and share at problem solving meetings for students that need further intervention.
