Reading Comprehension 300 level Intermediate

These reading comprehension questions align with the 300 level Intermediate version of 6 minute solution. There are 2 sets of questions in this packet. The older version is in a folder labeled 301-320 pages, which includes 20 pages of questions and 20 pages of answers. The newer version is in a folder labeled 301-325, which includes 25 pages of questions and 25 pages of answers. Passages are NOT included in this product. So whether you have access to the older version of 6 minute solution or the newer version these questions will help you monitor your students comprehension while reading complex non-fiction text. Passages can be located on the internet.
These were developed in order to work on comprehension with the 6 minute solution materials that we were having our students read for Homework. This is a great way to differentiate for the wide range of abilities in a classroom. Repeated reading is a great way to build fluency. We wanted more bang for our buck and decided to work on the comprehension at the same time. We use it in our 3rd grade classes for students reading at a 3rd grade level. We strategically teach them how to refer to the text and underline details. Our Title 1 and LAP teachers love it and use it for progress monitoring in their groups.

You must already have the Intermediate Version of 6 Minute Solution in order to use these materials.
