What educators are saying

My students have so much fun with this. I love that it’s easy to prep and gives students quality independent skill practice that also includes fine motor muscle building. Highly recommend.

Description

Practice fine motor skills as students read the CVC words and connect the word to the correct image by sticking pipe cleaners into playdough balls on each circle or match the initial alphabet sounds to the picture. The words and images are below each circle so that they can self-check or you can quickly see if they’ve completed it correctly. Choose whether you want to print the black and white / colour or the lowercase / uppercase versions (for the alphabet set). I like to laminate mine to use them again and again. If you choose not to laminate the sheets, printing on cardstock makes them sturdier or slide them in a reusable sheet protector. A recording sheet is also included for the CVC words set, if you choose to use it.

This set includes:

5 CVC word center sheets (organized by medial sounds) in both black and white and colour options

4 Initial sounds center sheets in lowercase or uppercase as well as in both black and white and colour options
