Get your students engaged in reading and comprehension with this listening center!
This file contains QR codes on individual cards that link the students to 12 ANIMATED Shel Silverstein Poems! I use SAFE TV which eliminates ads and pop-ups, making the you tube videos student safe!
Animated Poems include:
* Runny's Hind Kreat
* Ickle Me, Pickle Me, Tickle Me too
* Runny on Rount Mushmore
* The Toy Eater
* Backward Bill
* Sister For Sale
* Smart
* My Beard
* Shapes
*Mehoo with an Exactly What
*Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout Would Not
Take the Garbage Out
* Recipe for a hippopotamus sandwich
Each poem is on a card that should be cut out and can be laminated (for durability). Hole punch the top corner of each card and tie with string or use a key ring to create a book for the children to flip through.
YOU WILL NEED an IPAD device and a QR scanner must be downloaded to the device to read the codes.
Each code pulls up the link for the student to click to view the animated reading of each poem. Some QR scanners will take you straight to the video without clicking a link. I use a free one called "QRReader".
