Description

QAR - basic comprehension skill that begins at the literal level and works up to inferencing and compare/contrast, cause/effect, main idea/details, etc. Now has black and white cards for more printing options! These cards can be used in guided reading groups, for buddy reading, a response to reading station; ALL of them correlate to RL and RI standards and prep your students for constructed response questions on state testing. QAR is known to be one of the BEST reading comprehension strategies which is why they tie to almost every RL and RI standard. Great to give parents to use at home as well.

Includes the literal questions broken down on cards, think and search questions broken down on yellow cards, and a couple of inferencing questions. Also includes teacher guidance and a QAR response sheet to help keep your students accountable and focused!
