This Pumpkin Unit is such a fun way to welcome fall into your classroom! This Halloween-free resource is full of engaging, fun activities to help your students understand the life cycle of pumpkins. They will investigate pumpkins using their five senses, learn pumpkin-themed vocabulary, sequence pictures and sentences about the pumpkin life cycle, and write about pumpkins using descriptive words.

This unit was created for second graders, but could easily be adapted for first or third grade!
