    Psychology: Emotion- 4 day bundle

    This 4 day bundle includes highly interactive lessons covering various topics related to emotion.

    Day 1 includes: The James-Lange theory of emotion, The Cannon–Bard theory of emotion, The Charles Darwin theory of emotion, The two-factor theory of emotion, Zajonc theory of emotion, and Cognitive Appraisal Theory.

    Day 2 includes: An in-depth understanding of  the James-Lange Theory of Emotion. Students will then participate in an experiment that measures bodily responses that are interpreted by the brain to produce an emotion.

    Day 3 includes: An in-depth understanding of the psychology behind emotions. Students will learn about fear as an emotion, the reasons behind it and how the body reacts to it. Students will also learn about emotional expression, gender and cultural effects on emotion,  positive and negative affect, and mood versus emotion.

    Day 4 includes: Students will first read and answer information about the biological causes of anger. Then, students will identify their own triggers for anger by completing a self-analysis and engage in an academic conversation based on their questionnaire responses. Next, students will learn about different reactions to anger, the aggression cycle, stages of anger, and internal and external triggers for anger. Additionally, this lesson will cover topics such as the best way to prepare for anger, how anger affects teenagers differently, and the effects of progressive muscle relaxation on anger.
