What educators are saying

I used this resource to introduce the students to what a serial killer is and how they are caught. Great resource

Description

This Power Point serves as an introduction to my Psychology lesson on Anti-Social Personality Disorder. The slide presentation begins with a brief look at the 20 most notorious serial killers in American History: Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, Zodiac Killer, "Son of Sam," Ed Gein, John Allen Muhammad, Derrick Todd Lee, Angel Maturino Resendiz, Herman Webster Mudgett, Belle Gunness, Albert Fish, Richard Angelo, Dean Corll, Richard Ramirez, Coral Eugene Watts, “Boston Strangler,” John Wayne Gacy, Gary Ridgway, and Dennis Rader. Each slide contains a small photo of the subject and a brief overview of his or her crimes. After students begin to glean various characteristics of the killers, they will be introduced to the five types of serial killer and an explanation of Anti-Social Personality Disorder per DSM-IV.
