Protractors: Identifying and Reading Angles (FREE)

These simple sheets are practice sheets for beginning use of protractors. The methodology requires the student to FIRST identify the angle type (acute, obtuse, right or straight). Then, read the measure of the angle. The teacher should require students to reflect, "Does your angle type match the actual measure of the angle?" This step requires students to ascertain if their measurement is in line with the angle type and attempts to prevent misreading the protractor. FREE RESOURCE.
